London

Athens
Athens The Clumsies, Baba Au Rum, A for Athens, Drupes. Athens repeatedly places multiple bars in the global top 50 despite being a smaller city. Prices €11–14, well below London.
Berlin
Berlin Buck and Breck, Lebensstern, Velvet, Bar Zentral. The "speakeasy in a residential building" format dominates. Mitte dense.
Barcelona
Barcelona Paradiso (the world-famous one with the secret pastrami-shop entrance), Sips, Two Schmucks, Dr. Stravinsky. El Born and El Raval.
Paris
Paris Bar Hemingway at Ritz, Little Red Door, Combat, Le Syndicat. Strong but more spread out than London. Reservations universal at top names.
Strategy
